Tennis performance analysis.
After every match, CourtsidePlay assembles one performance picture from three signals your watch already collects: how many shots you hit, how hard you hit them, and what your heart rate did while you did it.
Shots, intensity and heart rate in one view
The match summary brings the three signals together so you can see whether a drop in performance came from your shots getting weaker or from your heart rate climbing.
- Total shots and shots per point
- Average and peak swing intensity
- Heart-rate zones across the match
See which shots carried the match
The shot breakdown shows how your forehands, backhands, serves and volleys were distributed, so you can tell which shot you leaned on and which one disappeared under pressure.
- Shot type distribution per match
- Compare across your match history
- Spot the shot that fades late in sets

Connect your shots with the effort behind them
Review shot count, swing intensity and heart-rate zones together for one match. Use the combination to ask when your play changed, then revisit the corresponding points.
A practical example
For example, higher heart rate alongside lower swing intensity late in a match suggests a period worth reviewing. It does not establish why your performance changed; use the match context and your own observations too.
